Peter Weber – CEO of the ITA Logistics Group

Peter Weber has more than 25 years of experience in the digitalisation of well-known logistics companies. After serving as Managing Director of ITA from 2005 to 2010, he followed one of ITA's co-founders, Boris Winkelmann, to DPD, where he laid the foundations for digital transformation as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of DPD Deutschland GmbH. Due to his close ties to the Winkelmann family and the ITA business, he returned to ITA in 2023 as Chief Digitalisation Officer and ultimately as CEO. Peter has the success of the ITA Logistics Group at heart and will guide the group's path towards digitalisation and expansion.

Mark Winkelmann – Founder of LetMeShip and member of the Advisory Board

Mark Winkelmann is a seasoned industry leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in the logistics sector. As the Co-Founder of LetMeShip and Board Member of ITA Logistics Group, he has been instrumental in revolutionizing the CEP shipping market through his visionary approach and commitment to price transparency and user-friendly processes.

Founded on the principles outlined in his graduate thesis, LetMeShip has expanded its operations across seven European markets under Mark's leadership. Despite the challenges posed by a declining shipping market, the company has achieved remarkable success, doubling its revenue since 2020 and strategically acquiring ParcelParcel in 2023 to further strengthen its position.

With his deep understanding of the CEP market and a wealth of experience, Mark is now transitioning from operational management to focus on strategic development. He will continue to shape the direction of LetMeShip and the ITA Logistics Group by leveraging his expertise to inspire innovative business decisions and drive future growth.

Maike Laros – CFO of the ITA Logistics Group

Maike is responsible for financial strategy and financial operations at ITA, ensuring a solid financial foundation that enables growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the ITA Logistics Group.

Her career spans over two decades, with a strong background in finance, auditing, project and process management. Maike brings broad experience in digital transformation and modern finance environments. She has led international and cross-functional teams, delivered complex transformation initiatives, and established transparent, decision-relevant reporting structures as a basis for strategic decision-making. Maike stands for clear leadership and a pragmatic, impact-driven approach. She aligns financial discipline with strategic and digital innovation to create long-term business value.

Thomas Ohnhaus – Member of the Advisory Board

Thomas Ohnhaus is a passionate logistics executive with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and fostering high-performance teams. With extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles at DPD Deutschland, Thomas Ohnhaus has a deep understanding of industry dynamics and a talent for translating complex strategies into actionable plans. Their people-oriented approach and strong communication skills make them a valuable asset to any advisory board.

Eric Dietz – Member of the Advisory Board

Eric Dietz is an energetic executive with a proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence within the logistics industry. With extensive experience in leadership roles at Geopost Europe, Eric Dietz has a deep understanding of the European market and a proven ability to deliver results. His strategic vision, strong execution skills, and commitment to fostering a positive work environment make them a valuable asset to our board.

Adeline Paasch – Director People & Relations of the ITA Logistics Group

Adeline Paasch has built her career in Human Resources in fast-growing, technology-driven environments, gaining extensive experience in organizational development and leadership support. After holding senior HR roles in fintech and adtech companies, she joined the ITA Logistics Group in 2021 to lead the group-wide People & Relations function.

At ITA, she is responsible for shaping and developing people structures across multiple European countries, supporting growth, transformation, and post-merger integration. As a trusted sparring partner to executive management, Adeline brings a pragmatic, hands-on approach to aligning people strategy, leadership culture, and organizational development with the group’s long-term goals.

Nora Zinnecker – Director Product & Marketing of the ITA Logistics Group

Nora Zinnecker leads Product & Marketing at ITA Logistics Group, shaping the future of the group’s digital shipping platforms and commercial growth strategy. With a background in UX leadership and digital transformation, she combines strong product thinking with a clear commercial focus.

Before joining ITA, Nora held senior roles in leading creative and digital agencies as well as in-house product leadership positions, where she built scalable digital touchpoints and high-performing growth structures. At ITA, she focuses on strengthening the core reselling business, aligning product and marketing execution, and enabling sustainable top-line growth across markets.

David Jung – Technical Director of the ITA Logistics Group

David brings a wealth of experience to the team, having spent two decades as Head of IT for a pioneering online market research institute, where he was instrumental in building innovative technology solutions from the ground up. In 2020, he transitioned to the fintech sector at Exporo, where his dedication and expertise led him to rapidly advance from Senior Developer to Team Lead, and ultimately to Tech & AI Lead and appointed CISO.

With a deep expertise in AWS cloud architectures and a genuine passion for integrating artificial intelligence into business processes, David has a proven track record of leading international development teams and managing significant IT budgets. Since joining ITA Logistics Group, he has focused on bridging the gap between technical innovation and strategic management, always aiming to drive the group's digital evolution with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

Tim Ulrich – Director Strategy & Organization Development of the ITA Logistics Group

With nearly 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, Tim began his career in marketing at TNT Post before joining ITA in 2008. Initially working in the consulting branch of ITA, he transitioned in 2009 to coordinate the platform redevelopment of LetMeShip. Over the years, he has held key responsibilities across marketing, business development, application development, and strategic initiatives.

In 2021 and 2022, he deepened his expertise in systemic change management and leadership through a focused development program in Vienna. Today, as Director Strategy & Organization Development, he shapes the structural and strategic evolution of the ITA Logistics Group, fostering alignment and growth across the organization.
